All sales are final - to ensure the hygiene and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference regarding scent or texture.

Why no returns - our soap is a natural, 'living' product, once a bar leaves our care, we can no longer guarantee its purity or shelf life, which means we cannot restock it, by maintaining this policy we ensure that every customer receives a bar that is fresh,, untouched and straight from our fields to your home.

Packaging - We take great care in wrapping your order, ensuring every effort is made to keep to our business ethos, often by using up or recycled materials, however, we understand the delivery system can sometimes provide a wild ride!, so if you experience any issues we would appreciate it if you would contact us (within 48 hrs) and include a photograph, so that we can help make it right
