Shipping policy

We want your parcel to arrive as fresh and pure as the morning frost, because we are a small scale farm and every bar is hand wrapped, our shipping process is as thoughtful as our soap making 

Dispatch time - Farm to post - we typically dispatch within 2 -4 business days, as a working dairy goat farm, our goats come first, during kidding / milking season we may take an additional day or so, but we appreciate your patience and understanding an invaluable support of a slow-craft business.

We currently only ship to the UK

Missing or delayed parcels- once the soap leaves our farm, its in the hands of our couriers.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 days of you receiving your dispatch email, please reach out via email and we will do all we can to assist, to make this process easier please double check your dispatch address at checkout to ensure its correct, we cannot take any responsibility for incorrectly provided addresses
